Braised Pork Ribs with Dried Radish

Clean the ribs and cut into small sections, soak the dried radish and cut into long strips, remove the seeds of green and red pepper and cut into pieces with an oblique knife, shred ginger, and cut garlic into large pieces

Tips:
Don't cook the sugar for too long, otherwise it will turn black and bitter.
