Braised Pork Ribs with Taro
1.
The taro is peeled, washed, and cut into pieces; it is best to wear gloves to handle the taro, otherwise the hands will be itchy; of course, it’s also great to have a husband/boyfriend do it for you;
2.
Wash the ribs, put in cold water, add sliced ginger, spring onion, and a little cooking wine. After blanching, rinse with water and drain the water for later use;
3.
Put a proper amount of vegetable oil in the wok to heat;
4.
Add the ribs and fry slightly;
5.
Pour a little cooking wine and stir-fry the ribs evenly;
6.
Add a little sugar and continue to stir fry; the ribs with sugar will look better in color;
7.
Add the bean paste and stir-fry evenly;
8.
Add taro and stir-fry slightly;
9.
Add an appropriate amount of water, stir-fry evenly, cover and stew;
10.
After the ribs and taro are cooked, add some soy sauce;
11.
According to taste, see if you need to add salt;
12.
Pick up the pot and serve it out.
Tips:
