Braised Pork Ribs with Yuba

Wash the ribs

Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, wine, ginger and marinate for half an hour

After the pan heats up the oil, turn off the heat, I put the yuba in the pan

Deep-fry the yuba in golden brown and put on a plate for later use

Pour the ribs into the pot and stir fry with dry water
