Braised Pork Stew with Dried Potato Chips

Soak dried potato chips overnight in advance.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and rinse the aniseed.

Cut the pork belly into 2 cm pieces.

Add water to the pot, add pork belly, add a few slices of ginger and cooking wine and cook for 15 minutes.
