Braised Pork Tail

Wash pigtails and cut into pieces.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar and stir fry over low heat.

Fry out the color of sugar.

Put in pigtails.

Fry it with sugar.

Add the remaining seasoning and stir well, and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for an hour, then turn to high heat to reduce the sauce and turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. Adding white wine can enhance the fragrance.
2. Use low heat when frying sugar.
