Braised Pork Trotters

The pork feet are divided into two in the middle. First soak in clean water for 1 hour, then pour water in the pot and boil the water. Put the feet in the water and boil for 20 minutes. After the pig feet are boiled, remove them and place them in cold water for a while.

Put all the pork feet, green onion, white ginger, star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon and rock sugar in the pressure cooker

Add two small bowls of water, dark soy sauce, thirteen-flavored salt, chicken bouillon and beef powder to the pot, then flip the pork feet to make the pork feet fully adhere to all the seasonings and marinate for 20 minutes

The pressure cooker selects the tendon function to press for 40 minutes and it will be out of the pot
Tips:
Don’t eat the pork feet immediately after the pan is out. Put the pork feet in the refrigerator for 3 hours and then eat them in the refrigerator. The pork feet will be more chewy and chewy.
