Braised Pork with Carrots

Peel the carrots, wash, and cut into pieces with a hob;

Prepare seasonings: dried chili, pepper, star anise, sanna, ginger, garlic clove, soy sauce;

Heat up the wok, pour in a proper amount of vegetable oil; add the pork belly and stir fry;

Observe that the volume of pork belly is obviously smaller, put it in Pixian bean paste and stir fry to get a fragrance;

Add dried chili, Chinese pepper, ginger, star anise, San Nai, and stir-fry evenly;

Add carrots and continue to stir fry evenly;

Add garlic cloves and cover; bring to a boil on high heat and turn to medium heat;

Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
