Braised Pork with Hua Diao

Accessories Huadiao wine.

The ingredients are star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves, dried chili and ginger and garlic. (Sorry for forgetting to buy garlic).

Take two small bowls, prepare soy sauce soy sauce, a little salt and sugar in oyster sauce, and prepare 200 grams of Huadiao wine in the other bowl.

Put an appropriate amount of water on the pot to boil, wash the pork belly and put it in the pot, cook for 15 minutes to get oily foam.
