Braised Pork with Potatoes

The ingredients can be prepared as shown in the picture. The pork belly can be marinated in the cooking wine for a while to taste. Slice the ginger and garlic (I use pickled ginger instead).

Pour a little oil and rock sugar into the pot, pour in and fry the meat when it turns out yellow

This way the meat can be colored very well, but it is best not to add too much sugar, otherwise it will be too sweet

Re-pour the oil in the pot, pour in the prepared ginger slices, garlic slices, marinated bean drum, etc., stir for 30 seconds, then pour in the lustful meat and stir for 3 minutes

Pour the meat into a casserole and add water to just overwhelm the meat. It is best to add warm water and then add dark soy sauce and a little oyster sauce. Simmer on medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes.

When the soup in the pot is about to dry, add the potatoes and mix well with the meat and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
