Braised Pork with Quail Eggs

Put the quail eggs in cold water and cook for ten minutes.

Place the boiled quail eggs in cold water for a while, peel and wash them for later use.

Start a small fire, add rock sugar, and boil it into caramel.

Add the sliced pork belly, stir fry and add the dark soy sauce.

Add water to the pork belly, boil it, put it in the stew packet, add some sugar and salt, and simmer for half an hour on low heat. Add quail eggs.

Collect the juice over the fire and serve it on a platter.
