Braised Pork with Southern Milk

Fresh meat is cleaned, then blanched and removed.

Rinse with clean water and peel off the ginger.

Cut into thick slices, and slice the ginger.

Put it into a bowl, then add two pieces of southern milk and pour in the southern milk.

Stir and marinate for an hour or two.

Heat the pot and pour in the marinated meat and fry until fragrant.
7.
After frying both sides, pour in appropriate amount of water, and simmer for about half an hour until the broth is over high heat. (There is no need to put salt, but a small amount of soy sauce can be added)

Finished product. Fragrant and game.
