Braised Pork with Taro

Blanch pork belly, cut green onion into sections, peel and cut taro.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add pork belly and stir-fry on low heat.

Stir for 2 minutes and then add green onions.

Pour the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and stir well.
