Braised Pork with Yam

Prepare ingredients: yam, pork.

Prepare Pixian bean paste, ginger slices, dried chili, bay leaves, Chinese pepper, cinnamon, star anise, San Nai.

Add Pixian bean paste and stir fry evenly.

1. The taste can be adjusted according to personal preference.
2. Pixian bean paste and braised soy sauce all have a salty taste, and a small amount of salt should be added when the salt is finally added.
