Braised Potato Chunks

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, and chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, add 50% to 60% of the oil, add sugar, keep stirring until the frying pan is bubbling and turn brown, add the potatoes and stir well.

Stir-fry the potatoes for a while to color the potatoes, then add chopped green onions, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste, and stir well.

Pour appropriate amount of water, do not overwhelm the potatoes, cover for about ten minutes, the potatoes will become soft, season with chicken essence, thicken the juice, turn off the heat and take out the pot.
Tips:
Don't cut potatoes too big, so as not to burn them too long. Add sugar to the potatoes. When putting the sugar, the oil temperature should not be too high. If the oil is too hot, the sugar will burn easily, so you must master it well.
