Braised Potatoes
1.
Wash vegetables and peel
2.
Cut small pieces with a hob
3.
Heat the pan and add the right amount of soybean oil
4.
After the oil temperature is high, add the potatoes and stir fry
5.
When the potatoes feel like they are sticking to the pan, add 2/3 of the height of the potatoes, add salt, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, cover, and simmer. After the water boils, turn to a small fire.
6.
Stir the potatoes every two to three minutes, let the potatoes heat evenly, and at the same time prevent them from drying out.
7.
About ten minutes, after the water dries, add 1 tablespoon of delicious fresh soy sauce to mix and add freshness.
8.
After stir-frying evenly, it can be served on a plate.
Tips:
Isn't it simple? I'm a lazy person and like simplicity. If the last node is decorated with chives, it will be more fragrant.
