Braised Potatoes and Beans in Oil

Prepare the ingredients and peel the potatoes

Fold the beans into small pieces by hand

Tips:
1. I used four potatoes, which is about the amount of three people. Put them according to their heads.
2. Because the potatoes are coated with starch, the juice will be very thick. When the juice is finally collected, it must be stir-fried, otherwise it will be easy to paste.
