Braised Prawns

For the prawns, remove the shrimp thread, cut the shrimp head, squeeze out the dirt from the head, and rinse.

Prepare ginger slices, garlic slices and soybean paste.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger, garlic, pepper and two spoons of soybean paste and saute until fragrant.

Add the prawns and stir fry until the color changes.

Pour in the water to submerge the shrimp, season with salt, cover and simmer for ten minutes, turn off the heat, soak the shrimp in the soup for half an hour, and reheat.
6.
It is very tasty when it comes out of the pot.
