Braised Prawns with Winter Melon

For fresh prawns, cut off the prawn silks, cut the back and remove the prawn threads and wash.

Peel the wax gourd, remove the flesh and wash it.

Cut the winter melon into pieces and set aside.

Put the oil in the pot and stir fragrant with ginger and garlic, then add the shrimp and stir fry.

Add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to taste.

Put oil in another pot, add winter melon and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of water and boil for 5 minutes.
