Braised Rabbit Meat

Wash rabbit legs and chop small pieces.

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.
3.
Cut the potatoes into the water with a hob.
4.
Stir-fry the rabbit meat in a frying pan and change its color.
5.
Stir fry with green onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper.
6.
Add water and salt and cook for 15 minutes, then add potatoes and simmer until the soup is dry.
