Braised Ribs

Prepare the ingredients: ribs, shallots, ginger

Ribs first blanched

Heat up the pan and fry the shredded ginger, then put the blanched ribs in and stir-fry. Pour a little cooking wine during the stir-frying process to remove the fishy.

Stir fry until both sides are slightly yellow, pick up and set aside

Stir-fry white sugar in hot oil (not too high, otherwise the sugar will burn and become bitter)

When the sugar melts and starts to make small bubbles, put the ribs in and stir fry for the sugar color

Pour a bowl of water and a little soy sauce, put the shallots in, and simmer one piece for about half an hour
8.
Collect the juice, season properly, and then remove the boiled shallots
