Braised Ribs

Put the pork ribs and green onions in a pot with hot water and blanch them to remove the blood, then remove the ribs and drain them for later use.

Heat oil and sugar in a pan

Add the ribs and stir-fry, then put the ribs into the casserole

Add half a teaspoon of rib sauce

Add half a teaspoon of barbecued pork sauce

Add half a spoon of soy sauce

Add bay leaves and star anise
8.
Join Shisanxiang

Put in dark soy sauce and salt

Then add in hot water without ribs, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for half an hour.
