Braised Ribs

Add the right amount of water to the pot, under the cold water, pour the ribs and the right amount of cooking wine. After the fire is boiled, skim off the froth and remove it for later use.

Heat the wok slightly, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, add rock sugar, and stir-fry on low heat.

Stir-fry until all the rock sugar melts and small yellow bubbles start to emerge from the bottom of the pot!

Pour the ribs into the pot and turn to medium heat. Stir fry quickly. Coat each rib with sugar. Add green onions and ginger slices and continue to fry.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir and stir well. Pour hot water. Add the right amount of salt and star anise. Pour in vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for about an hour. Add a small amount of dark soy sauce before simmering the ribs for color.

Put 10g of starch in a bowl, put an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, pour it into the pot, collect the juice on high heat, and stir-fry evenly with a spatula, add salt and simmer for 10 minutes!
7.
Braised pork ribs are ready!
