Braised Ribs

1. Pork ribs blanched for 3-5 minutes to remove blood foam

2. Put oil in the pot, add rock sugar, star anise, bay leaves, ginger

3. Add the light soy sauce, pour into the ribs and stir fry until the ribs are colored

4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, water, boil over high heat, and simmer slowly

5. Collect the juice out of the pot.
