Braised Rice White in Oil

Prepare the ingredients: rice white, chives

Wash the water bamboo and cut into hob pieces (cut into small pieces for easy taste)

Wash the chives and cut into small sections (white and green shall be separated)

Raise the oil pan, turn on medium heat, add the scallions to fragrant when the oil is hot

Add rice white and salt, stir fry for a while

Then put in fresh soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar

Stir-fry for a while, pour in half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes
8.
After the soup is thick, add the remaining green onion and white pepper, stir fry evenly, and it will be out of the pot!
Tips:
It will be better if cut into small pieces.
