Braised Rice White in Oil

Peel the zizania roots to remove the old roots.

Cut the wild bamboo shoots into hob pieces.

Cut chives into small pieces.

Put oil in the pot to heat up. (More oil than usual for stir-frying)

Stir the rice whites in a pot over low heat until the skin turns slightly yellow.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat, cover the pot and simmer until the water is white and flavorful.
7.
Collect the soup over high heat, add the right amount of chicken essence and sesame oil to taste, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
