Braised Rice White in Oil

Zizania.

Peel off the skin of the water chestnut, wash and cut it into inch sections.

After the wok is heated, put the bottom oil to heat, and stir-fry the rice noodles for a minute or two.

Add salt to taste.

Add a spoonful of sugar to taste.

Add old soy coloring

After stir-frying evenly, add proper amount of water.
8.
Bring to a boil and turn to medium heat until it tastes boring.
9.
The color is bright red, turn off the heat, and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
