Braised Rice with Beans

Cut beans, meat, potatoes, and carrots into nail-sized dices. The diced meat is marinated with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and pepper. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Start cooking according to the normal cooking process. (Note: You need to cook the rice after all the ingredients are processed and ready to be cooked, or you can cook it while cooking)

Pour the oil into the pan, heat the oil and add the marinated pork belly, stir fry for a few times to change the color, add the green onion, ginger and garlic, and fry the flavor

Add the beans, potatoes, and carrots together, stir fry, and fry until 80% cooked

When out of the pot, pour all the vegetables into the rice that is being cooked, without stirring, just cover it. Cover and continue cooking.

After the rice is cooked, simmer for 5 minutes without opening the lid.

Open the lid, stir the rice and vegetables, come and have a bowl to taste!
Tips:
With a small pickles or cold dishes, a simple but not simple meal, it is done. What I gave is for two people!
