Braised Rice with Ham and Mushrooms

Dice the onion and carrot.

Cut the ham into cubes.

Cut the sausage into slices.
4.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water one hour in advance

Cut the soaked shiitake mushrooms into small cubes.

Pour oil in the pan, add onions and carrots when the oil is hot, and stir fry until the onions become transparent.

Pour in shiitake mushrooms, sausage and ham and stir fry for 1 minute.

Put in soy sauce, salt, and oil consumption in the country and stir evenly.

Fill the rice cooker with rice for two people and pour in the same amount of water as usual for cooking rice.

Pour all the fried side dishes into the rice cooker and stir evenly.
11.
Turn on the cooking button and wait for the cooking process to complete.

After cooking the rice, stir the rice and the ingredients evenly with a rice spoon, and a bowl of fragrant and fast stewed rice is ready!

Please control the amount of water during the cooking process so as not to affect the taste.
