Braised Rice with Mushroom and Sausage

1. Prepare the materials

2. Wash the rice cooker, pour in the washed rice, add a small amount of salt and oil, mix well and marinate for a while, then cook the rice

3. Soak the mushrooms in advance

4. Soaked shiitake mushrooms cut into small pieces; carrots peeled and cut into small pieces, ginger minced

5. Sliced sausage

6. Heat a small amount of oil in the wok, add ginger and stir fry for a fragrance, pour in the sausage and fry until transparent

7. Add shiitake mushrooms and carrots, stir fry, then add dark soy sauce, salt, cooking wine and stir well

8. When the rice has boiled to dryness, pour the fried mushrooms and sausages on the rice, cover the lid and continue cooking until the program is complete

9. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir evenly.

Tips:

The rice is fished with oil and salt before cooking to make the cooked rice more fragrant.
