The braised rice with ribs is simple, but very delicious. Each grain of rice is wrapped in a rich bone fragrance, the grains are crystal clear and the fragrance is overflowing, so you can't stop your mouth.

Braised Rice with Pleurotus Eryngii and Potato Ribs

1. Wash the ribs, boil the ginger slices in cold water, remove the cooking wine and remove the smell

2. Put the water in the pan and fry dry, then add the cooking wine

3. Put soy sauce, light soy sauce

4. Put rock candy

5. Let go of the water and bring it to a boil, then change to a low heat

6. Diced the rest of the ingredients

7. After 30 minutes, put in other ingredients, put the salt to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, the amount of salt is heavier than usual

8. After washing the rice, let it stand for 30 minutes

9. Pour the ingredients in the pot and even the soup into the rice cooker. The water surface is about 1 cm higher than the rice. According to the water absorption of the rice, start cooking according to the normal procedure.

10. After the cooking process is over, stir the rice evenly, simmer for another 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving
