Last time I made braised rice with spare ribs, they all said it was delicious, this time I used a rice cooker to make bean braised rice again. Although it's simple, the taste is really amazing, it's too fragrant.

Braised Rice with Pork Belly and Beans

1. Wash the rice and leave for 30 minutes

2. Wash and dice pork belly

3. Dice beans and carrots, prepare corn kernels

4. Put oil in the pan to fry the pork belly, then add the cooking wine

5. Add other ingredients and stir fry, add salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce

6. The boiled water without the ingredients is boiled on high heat and then turn off the heat

7. Pour the soup and water into the rice. The amount of water is slightly less than usual. Turn on the cooking function

8. After cooking, simmer for 10 minutes, add chopped green onion and mix well.

Tips:

The saltiness of the vegetables is more important than usual, and the amount of water is less than usual for cooking. If you like spicy food, you can put some hot sauce on it, which is also very delicious.
