Braised Rice with Pork Ribs in Black Bean Sauce

Rinse the ribs and put them in a bowl. Marinate ingredients such as ginger, garlic, and chili, light soy sauce, soy sauce, corn oil, corn starch and tempeh, put them in the ribs and marinate for half an hour.

After the rice is washed, put in an appropriate amount of water, the method is the same as usual cooking; put it in the rice cooker.

Start the cooking function.

Open the lid after about 15 minutes, at which time the rice has absorbed half of the water.

Put the marinated black bean sauce ribs on the surface of the rice, and finally pour the remaining sauce on the surface of the ribs; continue to cover and simmer.

When the rice cooker is cooked, do not rush to open the lid and continue to keep it warm and simmer for 30 minutes; this will allow the rice to absorb the sauce from the ribs and wait for 30 minutes to eat.
Tips:
-Cut the ribs as small as possible, so that they are easy to taste.
-Light soy sauce and soy sauce are not easy to be too much, because the tempeh is salty enough.
