Braised Rice with Potato Ribs

Tips:
1. The amount of water used for cooking can be as much as usual for cooking. You can also add some other favorite ingredients;
2. The ribs can be marinated in advance for more delicious taste. When adding salt, you can add a little more so that the rice will taste more salty;
3. The soy sauce is mainly for coloring. If you like lighter colors, you can add less, or just use light soy sauce.
