In hot weather, I don’t want to cook and are too lazy to eat. At this time, braised rice with one pot of food is the most popular. With a variety of ingredients, a pot of stewed rice not only brings together the nutrients needed by the human body, but also has a delicious appetite boost.

Braised Rice with Sausage and Beans

1. Wash the rice and put it in the inner pot of the rice cooker

2. Add appropriate amount of water and put it in the rice cooker, cover the pot and turn on the power, and adjust to the braising position.

3. Pick and wash the beans, clean and break into sections

4. Sliced sausage

5. Wash and chop onions

6. Heat the pot, add a little oil, stir-fry the sausages in the pot and serve

7. Pick up the frying pan and stir-fry the onions

8. Stir-fry the beans and stir-fry

9. Stir-fry with soy sauce

10. Stir fry with salt

11. Sausages fried in the pot

12. Stir-fry evenly, pour it into the rice cooker, cover and simmer

13. Stew until cooked and serve

Tips:

1. Sausage tastes very good, so it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
2. The braising time is based on the cooked ingredients.
3. The combination of ingredients is based on personal preference.
