Braised Rice with Taro and Savory

Prepare the ingredients, peel the taro, wash and cut into small pieces, slice the Cantonese sausage, wash and cut the shiitake mushrooms, and chop the green onions.

Wash the rice, put it in the original Midea AH rice cooker, and add an appropriate amount of water.

Add a small amount of cooking oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, turn to medium and low heat, add sausage slices and fry until fragrant.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and taro, and stir fry a few times without having to fry them.

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce to taste, the amount is slightly more than usual for stir-frying.

Pour the fried taro, shiitake mushrooms, and sausage into the rice cooker.

Press the fine cooking button in Midea's original ecological AH cooker, and then press the start button, and the rice cooker will start cooking.

The cooking time is about 20 minutes. After the time is over, there will be a reminder sound, then you can directly open the lid.

Open the lid, put the chopped green onion into the rice, and mix it with a rice spoon.

Tips:
Do not add too much water to the rice, otherwise the rice will not become pellets.
