Braised Salted Fish

1. Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper.

2. Wash all two parts of the fish.

3. Spread the fish evenly on both sides.

4. Put oil in the pan, add the fish and fry it until yellow on both sides.

5. Then put 1 on top of the fish.

6. Pour two bowls of boiling water into the pot.

7. Add soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, tomato sauce, cover and cook until half a bowl of soup is lost in the pot.

8. Cut another long green onion.

9. Put the fish out.

10. Leave the juice in the pot, add long green onions, monosodium glutamate, and pepper, mix well, turn off the heat and pour it on the fish.
