Braised Sausage

Wash the vermicelli, put it in a pot and boil it with water, pick up and cut into sections

Chop the garlic flat, put it in a pressure cooker, then add soy sauce, star anise, bay leaves, add a little salt (add more soy sauce, no salt), water, and cover the pot.

Press it under high pressure for five to ten minutes, press it well and wait for the pot to vent naturally, put it on a plate and try it out.
