Braised Sea Bass

The perch is cleaned up and it is convenient to take a few slices on both sides.

Sprinkle some flour on the surface of the sea bass to prevent sticking.

Pour the right amount of oil into the pot and heat it up and fry the sea bass until golden on both sides.

Put the fried fish out, put another pot, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and again add the sea bass, which is chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Put in other seasonings except the hot fried fresh dew, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn it over and simmer for another 5 minutes, and pour in the hot fry dew before serving.

Serve out and pour the excess broth onto the fish.
Tips:
1. The fish can be marinated for a while or dipped in flour before frying.
2. Fry fish over high fire, stew fish over low fire.
