Braised Sea Hare in Sauce

1. The sea hare removes the black lines in the eyes, mouth and belly.

2. Blanch boiled water and set aside.

3. Wash and cut the shallots, mix thoroughly with sauce and water.

4. Add the scallion, ginger and garlic to the pot and add the adjusted sauce.

5. Add some sugar and stir fry the sea hare to taste.

6. Turn off the heat and wait for the sea hare to cool down, then put the shallots in and mix well.

7. Dinner and wine.

Tips:

This dish is mixed with raw green onions in the end. The southern friends may not be used to it. The northeastern people’s green onion dipping sauce is not enough.
