Braised Seafin

Remove the internal organs, wash and cut the sea bream into a large bowl, shred the ginger, put on it, pour in cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce and marinate for 1 hour

Sliced green onion and ginger, cut pepper

Add oil to the pot and heat up, then add the fish pieces and fry them on both sides

Add green onion, ginger and chili

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add star anise, rock sugar and dark soy sauce and simmer until the soup thickens.

Tips:
The whole fish is not tasty and can be cut into small pieces when marinated.
