Braised Sirloin with Oily Tofu
1.
Boil the sirloin in the pot, remove it and clean it
2.
Stir-fry garlic and ginger in a pot
3.
Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine and oyster sauce
4.
Add boiling water and simmer for 90 minutes
5.
Pour in the oily tofu and cook for another 20 minutes
6.
Add chili salt out of the pot
