Braised Soft Tofu with Minced Meat and Shiitake Mushroom Sauce
1.
The minced meat is more flavored after the sauce, and the sweet noodle sauce is boiled and stirred evenly with an appropriate amount of boiling water. Cut dried chilies diagonally with scissors, so that they can be more delicious without using a knife. Chili can also be replaced with chili noodles
2.
Stir the dried chili and ginger in a frying pan over a low heat, add the mushroom sauce, and continue to fry the minced meat a few times. Pour in the sweet noodle sauce and dark soy sauce. Dried chili can choke people and put it in the sweet noodle sauce like I did.
3.
Cut the boxed tofu into small pieces and put it directly into the pot and use a spatula to stir evenly and cook on medium heat. Turn the spatula down halfway to avoid the paste, and the tofu can be out of the pot after the soup is dried. Sprinkle with white onion and enjoy the food
Tips:
1. Freshly ground tofu goes home and soaks in water for two or three times to remove the astringency of the tofu, and the boxed tofu is cut into small pieces and put directly into the pot. 2. The tofu is tender and can't stand the long time of stir-frying. When the novice is cooking, be careful not to over-fry into tofu residue. 3. Don't collect the soup too dry, but leave a little broth. 4. If you need it, you can use Gorgon powder.
