Braised Steamed Buns with Mixed Vegetables and Eggs

Wash the vegetables and cut into cubes.

Cut the ginger and garlic into mince, and cut the green onion into rings.

Defrost the steamed buns and cut them into small dices.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add a few drops of vinegar. (Go to fishy)

Add oil and star anise to the pan and stir fry until fragrant, then fry the eggs and serve.

Add the radish and stir well. Add a little water and simmer for a minute until there is no water. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic and stir well.

Add chili and shallots and stir-fry well.

Add all the seasonings and stir well, then put the steamed buns on the dish, pour a little boiled water on the side of the pot and cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour the light soy sauce on the side of the pot before turning off the heat.

After uncovering, add eggs and mix thoroughly.
