Braised String Beans with Pork Belly

Slice the pork belly, wash the green beans, and cut the potatoes.

Slice ginger and cut garlic into pieces.

Put a little oil in the pot, add about 10 peppercorns and two star anises, then add pork belly and stir-fry until the pork slices spit oil.

Add ginger garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then cook with cooking wine and a little soy sauce.

Add the green beans and stir fry until the green beans change color.

Add potatoes, add appropriate amount of water, add a spoonful of thirteen spices, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, a small spoonful of sugar, cover the pot and simmer until the potatoes and green beans are cooked and soft.

Add a little chicken essence and pepper oil to the sauce.
8.
Can be decorated with coriander.
