Braised Sunfish

1. A medium-sized sunfish. Ask someone to help kill the fish when you buy it. Take it back and rinse it off.

2. Marinate with ginger and soy sauce and coat with cornstarch.

3. Then put the frying pan to fry until golden on both sides.

4. Fried and fished up for later use.

5. Add a bowl of water, two spoons of bean paste, some ginger and garlic mash. After boiling, add the fried fish and cook together.

6. When the soup is reduced, add salt, soy sauce, and green onions to taste.

7. Finished product (less juice left)

Tips:

The soup I cooked keeps too little, a moderate amount is better πŸ˜„
