I bought a big taro a few days ago and prepared to make taro rice noodles. After cutting it, I found that there was no steamed rice noodles. So I decided to make a braised taro. I didn’t expect my children would love it

Ingredients

Braised Taro

1. Peel off the skin of the taro and wash

2. Diced

3. 1 scoop of light soy sauce, 1 scoop of dark soy sauce, 2 scoops of oyster sauce, 10 scoops of water to make a mixed sauce, chopped green onions

4. Frying pan pouring oil

5. Put the taro in a frying pan and fry on a low heat

6. Fry until all sides are browned

7. Pour the sauce into the pot

8. Cook until a little soup remains

9. Sprinkle spring onions
