Braised Taro

Wash the taro, put it in a pot and cook with hair

Peel off the skin and put it in a bowl

Chop garlic and mince, wash and mince coriander
4.
Saute the garlic in the frying pan, add the taro and stir-fry for a while, sprinkle with salt to taste, add appropriate amount of water, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir fry evenly, simmer for two minutes until the water is dry
