Braised Tea Tree Mushroom

Do not choose to wash the tea tree mushrooms you bought

Boil water directly into the pot. This will keep the tea tree mushroom cap intact

Tips:
The cap of tea tree mushroom is easy to fall off after washing, and it can be kept intact by washing after blanching it. Therefore, the whole tea tree mushroom should be blanched before washing.
