I like braised dishes, such as braised pork, braised fish, braised vegetables, and braised tofu. This time I bought tea tree mushrooms that are high in protein, low in fat, and low in sugar, which are both health-care and therapeutic, and they are also cooked in braised. The finished product is as delicious as ever.

Braised Tea Tree Mushroom

1. Do not choose to wash the tea tree mushrooms you bought

2. Boil water directly into the pot. This will keep the tea tree mushroom cap intact

3. After blanching, cut off the roots and wash them

4. Remove and drain the water

5. Pick up the frying pan, put the carrots in the pan and fill it with oil

6. In the frying pan, put the green onion and ginger into the pot and stir fragrant

7. Stir-fry tea tree mushrooms in a pot

8. Stir-fry with soy sauce

9. Stir-fry with soy sauce

10. Stir fry with sugar, add appropriate amount of water, fry evenly, cover the pot and cook for a while

11. Stir-fry carrots

12. Add salt and monosodium glutamate, stir-fry evenly, then take out the pan and serve

Tips:

The cap of tea tree mushroom is easy to fall off after washing, and it can be kept intact by washing after blanching it. Therefore, the whole tea tree mushroom should be blanched before washing.
