Braised Tendons

Add water to the pot, add tendons, bay leaves, star anise, green onion, cooking wine, boil on high heat, and cook for 5 minutes on low heat

Remove, cool and cut into pieces

Carrots and green peppers, sliced green onion, chopped green onion, chopped garlic, chopped into minced garlic

Tips:
If you buy the hot tendons that have just been cooked, you don’t need to cook them again. I bought it cold, so I cooked it again to get rid of the fishy and it's better to cut.
