Braised Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces, about 3cm wide, 4cm long, and 1.5cm thick

Cut the mushrooms, pork into pieces, green onions, ginger, garlic

Add the dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, water starch, and stir well (the sugar may not be melted off immediately)

Find a clean (no water) basin, pour an appropriate amount of flour, put in the tofu cubes, so that each piece of tofu is wrapped in the flour

Pour oil in the pan and fry the tofu

Change the pot and pour the oil, minced garlic, pork, ginger, mushrooms and green onions into the pot in turn, stir fry
7.
Add the prepared sauce to make the braised sauce
8.
Add tofu and stir fry in a small amount (tofu is easily tossed)
9.
Into the plate
Tips:
The braised sauce should be made thicker, you can add a little more water starch
